Pre-opening
Archipelago conducts a deep market research and evaluate analyses and assumptions, before we discuss required licenses and permits, and finalize pre-opening sales and marketing action plans and long-term objectives. This includes the creation of advertising plans and budgets, set up of hotel quality score management, the connection to the booking engine, channel management and more.

Our Corporate team spends several weeks at the hotel, training the staff on the Archipelago systems, implementing SOPs, departmental Golden Rules etc. This also involves our Corporate chef and F&B team, who work hand-in-hand with the hotel teams on creating menus and kitchen hygiene standards among many other important components of the food and beverage operations. Meanwhile, HR assists with the creation of the employee handbook, job descriptions, onboarding materials, uniform samples etc. The Corporate team stays committed throughout the process all the way until the launch.
